Erin you look great as always and i must say that at your weight i was so happy.....im tryin so hard to put back on 10lbs lol, hubby says im a stick!!! Who would have thought we would be skinny minnys,we have done so well!!!! How are you!!!!

Now they are nothing spectacular, but Brad took some pictures of me at my Companies Bowling Party last Saturday. Looking at them, I finally see that I am very thin!
I said I look like "Praying Mantice"....lol.

Here's a weird one, I lost 5 lbs over thanksgiving week and I ate everything and as much as I wanted to. Granted I do dump so I stayed away from the sugar except for a bite here and there. I hadn't lost anything since August go figure 
I also made my first from scratch sugar free pumpkin (from our halloween pumpkin) and apple pies, I didn't tell anyone till they were done eating and nobody noticed

South Africa!!! What a wonderful journey that must have been. My dream is to fly to Ireland one day. Over the years we hosted three Irish teens thru the Ulster Project. I would love to go explore their country and see them all again.
Have fun decorating and enjoy the holidays. Ain't life grand?
