Happy New Year to You. You will make it these last few pounds. I had a little smack of reality and actually gained 5 lbs the month of December. A little scarey but I am back on track. You will do this!!!!!!

I am still praising the Lord! What a wonderful Christmas gift to finally reach ONE-derland! I am now blessed to weigh 197 pounds, down from 465! Thank the Lord! I still have 47 more pounds to go! The weight loss has REALLY slowed down though! Happy New Year to you all!
Love, Cindy

Happy New Year Everyone!
My first New Years Resolution is to be more active in the posts here and not just a lurker!
My second is to lose my last 20 lbs to be at my high end of goal. I have been sitting at 190 lbs for 6 months now. I guess the surgery has done it's part and it's up to me now!
I know posting here and on the California board will help me keep my focus and keep me responsible.
Even though I am not a regular poster, your posts have been a support to me.
Thank you again- everyone! And I hope we can all accompolish our goals for 2007!
Mary

Topic: RE: SOMETHING I CAN NO LONGER DO!!!!
Oh my!!! I was just thinking the other day about going bowling now that it wouldn't kill my back, my knees, etc...... Maybe I won't be able to bowl well either! Oh well, I'm gonna go see anyway!! I think if you got to bowling on a regular basis your body would get used to the new you and your game would improve. Heck, soon you could be beating the pants off of all of them!!! Good luck and keep us posted!!

I have the same problem. My doctor suggested to double up on my Slenda in take. I love splenda and it worked well for me. I have also added a litlle more "fat" in to my diet which also helps. I dont go over over board I just have a few french fry's about once a week. Hope this helps.
