Wahoo!!!!! You made it through another door in life. Ain't it the most awesome feeling? Congratulations! Sometimes being a big looser isn't so bad after all, eh? Just think, it won't be long before the last 47 is gone and you don't have to think about "dieting" any longer. That is the strangest part to me. I get diet flier in the mail and toss it away because I don't have to think about going to the meetings any longer. I'm no longer obsessed with food and have focused on other more important things in my life. Anyhow, congratulations! You are indeed an inspiration to everyone here at OH! May 2007 be a blessed year for you and yours. Peggy B.

Topic: RE: Stuck at -110
Fist of all congrats on the weight loss. Remember that 80 pounds is off forever!!! I am stuck too but I have to admit its my own fault. I lost 130 pounds and I'm very grateful but now I have been eating whatever I want which means too much snacking. I've always had a hard time keeping protein down and I've relied a lot on soup and snacks now I just snack more. I've gotten down to 170lbs and I'm a size 12 but I haven't lost weight since October. I feel upset with myself because I'm not doing everything I can to lose. I haven't been to the gym in months. Hopefully I'll be able to turn things around. Thanks for letting me vent...........or confess. Good luck to you in the continuing but hellofalot easier battle.

Topic: RE: Carbs and sugar
I never counted grams of sugar. I can eat some and when I start to find I'm not feeling so great I stop. I've never dumped. I do notice that if I eat too many carbs I'm hungrey and start snacking. If I eat protien and my carbs come from veggies I'm never hungrey or feel like snacking but for me this is hard to stick too. I've lost 130 lbs but would like to lose about ten more. I haven't lost weight in months but I think I could if I could just stick to a low carb diet.

Wow Cindy!!!! I SO love seeing posts from you! You are amazing, and one of the biggest inspirations on this site!!! Before the surgery did you ever imagine you'd weigh under 200 lbs? For me that was THE biggest dream! You made it a reality girl, by the grace of God and your hard work! I am so very happy for you! Those 47 remaining lbs may come off slowly, but they WILL come off!!! Just hang tough and keep doing what you are doing!!! Praise God!!!! Congratulations!!! Jeanne

Topic: RE: Plateau Diet
Can you e-mail me or just message me on what the diet is? I have gained 2 pounds since the holidays and even though it doesn't sound like a lot, I don't want it to go up, so I was hoping to try to get back on track. Thanks, Melissa

Topic: RE: This may sound gross, but.....
I will definately have to look into that, I'm almost 15 months out and still have problems. I go maybe once every 4-5 days, I have to take an adult suppository just to do that. Miralax never worked for me as the below post had suggest, so I'll give these a try. Don't want a blockage here. Melissa
