Hello everyone! Just wanted to come on by here and ask a question or two.
I want to know from the ladies who are a year & 4 months out if your dress size has changed since your 1 year anniversary date?
I am trying to forsee the future with your help . I am going to be a year out on Feb. 13th and I will be attending a wedding in about 4 months. I want to buy a dress already but I'm not sure if I will continue losing or if I'll stay the same. I know everyone loses differently etc. but I just want to get an idea. So if you can help me out with some feedback that would be great! Thanks!

Hi there, Ya we need to rally up this forum again and see those familiar faces that weve seen allot of before. Thats awesome that youve reached your goal, i think ive stopped losing for like 4-5 moths str8 due to meeh jus eating bad things it was like i was making up for lost time. hehehe if ya know what i mean. but all is good now im back on the wagon and feelin great but those dand last five lbs is killin meeh hahahaha

Thnx !!! Hey not gaining is a good thing !! and for meeh ive done the 3 hour rule, eat within the first hour of waking then eat every three hours then dont eat 3 hours before bed. and yes ive had a rough time with the last ten pounds hehehe ive got five more to battle !!!

OK friends...I'm finally in a position where I need to think about birth control 
and I'm hoping that some of you have some insight as to what would be the best kind. I've heard differing opinions about the effectiveness of the Pill (absorbtion), weight gain concerns, etc...,so any advice would be appreciated. I go to see my OB/GYN next week, and I'd like to be as informed as possible....

Wow! I'm really hot!
I've lost 155 pounds and 5 more will make 1/2 my weight!
Now sitting AT 165 AND LOOKING GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!
I tell people I channeled my 'inner babe'!!!!!

Hey all,
Just realized something, today I weighed in at 179. Then it dawned on meeh hey I havent checked my BMI in awhile, so I did...........and to my great surprise ive finally fallen into the normal weight catogory !!!!!!! I remember when I was SUPER excited to jus fall into the overweight catogory and not morbidly obese. WOW thats jus awesome.
Sorry, I was jus excited and had to tell someone, hehehehe

OMG Robert you have made an amazing transformation. You look beautiful. I know men are handsome but your before and now picture is great. The boards are really quiet. I jump on everyday to see if anything new is happening but its quiet. So is my state board. I am at goal, Its been a wonderful journey. Just got home from rollerskating and tonight we are going to the local gym that has an indoor pool. My life is so diffrent than it was 2 years ago. My whole family has changed. Love your new profile and write your story and fini**** up.
