So I went to the doc yesterday and..well to say the least he wasn't happy with me...he said I have lost weight too fast (along with no getting in my protein or vitamins....yes I know its important so I don't need email lecturing me I need to get it in) but anyways he said I need to gain 5lbs and start getting in my 60g of protein before he will even concider doing the abdominoplasty for me.....I don't even know where to begin to start gaining weight....any suggestions?? As far as my protein goes, Ive come to find I can tolerate the Isopure (has 40g of protein) even though it leaves a funky after taste....thinking of adding some sugar free kool aid to it....and I can tolerate Achieve One mocha java (20g of protein) buts till don't know where to start to gain some weight. My surgery date was 10/12. I weighed 299 my current weight is 195 so that is 104!! Wow, it's been great hasn't it? I never would have believed I would be this happy a year ago. Good luck to all of you. I can't wait to see how we all have down next October.

Congratulations on your weight loss!! My doctor never gave me a goal. I wish she would but I think 30 more pounds for me should do it of course if I lose more than that I'll be happy too. My starting weight was 299 my current weight is 195 and I'll be happy at 165 (I think) I'll have to reevaluate when I get there.
