Yes, I have. I seem to only lose maybe 2-3 a month now. And I have 60 lbs left to go to get to my goal! Well, at least it's still coming down and not going up! Keep positive.... Mary 323/210/150

I am! It's driving me crazy, I'm between 136 and 139, I cant get any lower! I've lost maybe 2 lbs in the past 2 months! I'm torn between really trying to get more off or being content where I am, it's nice seeing the scale move, but I dont think I really want to lose any more..... Rebecca

I finally have lost a totol of 80 pounds. This may not seem like alot but I was beginning to wonder if I was ever going to see the 80 pound mark since my loss has been so slow. It seems my body loses as it wants to. Violet

Ann, I didnt know you also have ms. I was diagnosed a year ago in may and know what you mean by the exercise and have my ms be in balance. my weight goal is one that I personally set for myself. the doc never gave me a set # either. Kim 276/190/111

Hi Ann, I don't know what happened. I must have missed something. I have no problems with you asking what our "YEAR" goal is. No biggie. I feel if we can't ask questions and be open in this room, then where can you? We are here to support each other. There is never a bad idea or question in my book. Don't worry, it will all blow over, whatever happened. Erin 310/292/166/151

I before surgery I weighed 375lbs. As of this morning I weighed 298lbs. I have lost 77lbs. I was hoping to be at the 100lbs mark by now but I am happy with with how much losing 77lbs have changed my life. Oh by the way the attention I get from men now is a added bonus :cool
