Well I finally am down 100 pounds at almost 8 months . I can't remember ever being this weight i'm at 155 and wearing a size 10 and med top it would pry be a smaller size if it wasn't for all this lose skin, my thighs are horrible the rest I can live with. This surgery was a wonderful desicion that I made and have no regrets.

I pulled a hamstring last tue so I just walked 30 min a day for the rest of the week. I started weight training (15 machines @12 reps each, with the last 2 being almost impossible) again this morning and I'll see how it goes I really don't want to rip that muscle, it hurt worse than a siatic nerve pinch. I've been doing the weight training for almost 2 months now and I can really see a difference, especially in my arms. The muscle is taking the place of the shrinking fat cells so they aren't so flabby any more, only about a 3in. section does the "wave back" now.

OOh I want in. I'm going to be in Orlando Oct. 1-12 for a conference though. (get to stay at the Royal Pacific inside Universal Studios, company paid woo hoo.)
I've got exactly 49lbs to lose in the next 4 months to reach my goal and 29lbs to reach the surgeon/Insurance goal. I'm still losing about 8-10 lbs a month but I can step it up if I have to.

I finally made it. 199 as of this morning for a total 101 lost in 7 1/2 months. I feel great. I go in for another sleep study tonight to see if my apnea is gone. I've got 49 more to go to get to the goal of 150. Saw the surgeon on Wed and he said the ultimate goal for the insurance company was 170. So I'll shoot for that first and 150 next. I haven't weighed this little since I don't know when (actually placed a call to my Dr. for when I was last under 200 lbs. waiting to hear back from his staff
