You guys just reminded me to take my time and take it slow. As long as am loosing is all that matters.................With the stress I've been under I'm not adapting well and find myself reverting to old habits but not like I did in the past. You just reminded me that I can do this and I must press forward. Thanks....................I luv my October friends! Take care and we can do this!

I've been aweful lately. I'm so stressed out with work that I havent had time to exercise. But I'm going on vacation tomorrow and hopefully I'll return rejuvenated. I know I'll be doing a lot of walking Thursday through Monday so at least I'll be getting some movement in. Take care and keep up the good work....................
