Glad you are doing good. So give us the details. How much did they take off. By pulling the skin did it tighten you inner legs at all? I go back and forth with the plastics. Yes I want it and scared to do it. I have stayed the same wt for over a year until a month ago, gained 10lbs but working on getting that off. Father died and I know I am a stress eater.
Oh well just wanted to say Hi and hope things keep going good.

Thanks for your response. I have been going back to basics. Got my busy box out. This was something we had to make before surgery to keep you busy when you felt like grazing. My 2 year check up is coming up. I am still under his goal for me which was 170. But it is so hard to see 160"s. Anyway I will get these xtra pounds off before it turns into 20-30 or even 40pounds. Thanks again and I wish you well also.

I'm glad all is well; always a relief when things go as planned. Hope those drains can come out soon, but better to leave them in longer than to risk seromas. Keep popping those pain pills, baby - that's the only reason I can even consider plastics (I'm a big wimp when it comes to pain!!!!).

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I'll keep you in my prayers. I know how hard it is to lose a parent and know how hard it is when one of them is ill. My mom was the executor on my Grandma's estate when she passed away and that was hard on her too..so much responsibility and so much going through all of her affairs and personal effects. It sounds like you have alot of stress on your plate right now Jane. I can tell you one thing, I too am an emotional eater and I too do mindless eating. I ordered two books from Amazon. com..Mindless Eating and the other is Rules of Normal eating. I also bought something at Borders called the excercise and food diary..so I can keep track of what I'm putting in my mouth..that helps alot! I'm reading both of the books at the same time and both are giving me some "food for thought". I also have gained some weight also but I've been holding steady at 173. I'm not happy in the least about it..and people have been making comments to me about me looking like I've gained weight..I guess 10lbs make a big difference. It's nobody's fault but mine. I've allowed bad habits to creep back in.
We can both get back on track and start feeling better! If you need anything let me know!!

Hey all, well here i am just sitting here and enjoying my pain meds, hahaha. I am now 4 days post op of my tummy tuck, and just got home from my check up with the doc. Was suppose to have my 2 drains removed but he said i still have quite a bit of liquids draining. so i need to go see him on Tue and see if they need to be removed. The surgery it self went really well, he finished sooner than he planned. Got to recovery room woke up and pain wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, like my previous surgeries when i wake from anasthesia i cant see clearly everything is blurry. so i would look around to see were im at and whos around me but of course i cant see str8. so i here the nurse callin for my room, and they say wait a lil more there is no room open. So i waited there and waited then finally got a room. My Visitors and all was already there in my room. so i was glad for that. stayed one nite and went home the next day as planned. Went home and jus plopped myself in the recliner and poopped some pills and that was it. Was stuck there unless i needed to pee, bathe, or i needed to pop more pills!!! hahaha. (yes im a baby when it comes to pain). So all is well! i got plenty pics will show you all laterz. Take care =)

Hi all well here i am the nite before my big day! (how scary!) im sittin here after a loooooong day of thoroughly (spelling?) cleaning my room and fully disinfecting it, cuz im not takin any chances of gettin another infection after surgery again. i have to check in at 1130am and surgery is @ 1pm, surgery should be about 3 hrs then off to recovery room, aggh! this is were ill wake up and see that my tummy is all gone and i now have a flat tummy!! wooohooo but this is also when i wake up and feel the pain of someone cuttin of the whole mid section of my body off then sewing it back together (OUCH!) man i hope i can take the pain, they best give me some good medication! hahahaha. Well i should be stayin there one nite, doc told me if your feeling good you can go home the same day of you want? im like no ways im stayin that one nite. hahaha. so ill prolly go home the next day which is Tuesday, so if yall wanna check up on me just call 432 0000 and ask for me or ju**** me up on my cell ill have it one me =) well thats it for now, i cant sleep but im goin to try!!! Its now 1:15am and i have surgery in less than 12 hrs! i need to sleep. Gnite yallz n gbye tummy!! hahahah jus jokes, see you all laterz!!!
