Cynthia!!!!!!!!!! Praise Jesus you are doing wonderfully!!!!!!! I have been following your journey and am beyond thrilled for you! My goodness you are looking great! Whatever you are doing is working so keep on keeping on!!! I think having the good Lord on our side's is KEY to success in anything in this life. He is blessing you in a big way! I'm really happy for you! And, for me too, I am thrilled with my progress since my surgery in October. I'm down 114 lbs since surgery and feel wonderful. I too just about cried when I rode my new bike for the first time. It had been a good 15 years since I had been able to get on a bicycle! I can go up stairs now and don't cringe when faced with sitting in a small chair or a bench in a restaurant. This surgery has changed and probably saved my life and I too am grateful to God every single day!

well check in time...so far nada this month as far as weight loss...grrrr....anyone else having this problem? Check in time....current weight 215....goal 185...come on up and lets do it and step up to the plate...I don't know why the scale is not moving ....feedback please... Dennis

Hi Everyone! It's been a while since I've posted. I am tickled to be able to share that I am down 200 pounds now! Thank the Lord! I still have 115 to go though! I have some new pics posted on my profile. Thanks for letting me share! Love, Cindy

Yep it's hard to remember we are not as big as before. I sometimes see myself in the mirror and feel as if I haven't lost any weight. I need to look at the before pics to remember How big I was

I think I have it worked out, can you see my new picture? It is me & my 4 year old son Peyton.....
I am down a total of 140 pounds, 30 before surgery and 110 since surgery...
I have not posted a lot but I do read a lot of the post. You all are great and look AWESOME!!!!!!!!
