Hi all. been gone for awhile from the site but i'm so glad to come back and see you all still here. Everyone looks fantastic!! i need to update my pix. Now to my question, I've been feeling more uncomfortable lately than normal after I eat. Sometimes I get heart palps and an uneasy feeling in my pouch area. Is that still dumping syndrome? And is it unusual at this later date for it to increase? I go for my 9 month checkup next week but I like all your input as well. thanks Louise 215/140/125

Cool Idea! Starting weight 260 BMI-44.6 Extremely Obese Current Weight 172 BMI 27.7 Moderately Obese Need to lose 18 more to be normal!

Oh, plus I gained back 2 inches in height! Anybody else experience that? My DH did the same thing! Hugz, Gina L

I copied this from the NY message board. It was posted by "Dame Tooter": You need to go to the main messageboard located here: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/ and then in the upper left corner is a blue shaded box that should say Welcome (your name) and under that a link that says User Settings. Click on user settings. On the page that it takes you to, you should see a browse and upload button. You can use the browse button to look for a photo on your computer and then upload that image. Or you can use the alternate button to seek for one on the internet (a webpage where it's hosted). Now, do keep in mind that photos that appear as avatars (messageboard photos) cannot be larger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels in size and no more than 20k. Once you have uploaded your image and can see it in the photo preview box - go to the bottom and click the save button. If you've never had a photo posted before on Obesityhelp, your photo will only appear on the main messageboard. To have it appear on other boards, let us know and we'll approve the photo so it shows up on them too. If I can assist you further, please do let me know. ~Tooter OH Staff
