Erin, my heartfelt congratulations to you! I wish you and Bradley a lifetime of happiness together. And all health, no sickness; plenty of riches and none of that "for poorer" nonsense. You deserve the best.
CONGRATULATIONS!!

Topic: RE: It's a boy!
Ann, I was so excited to see your post. I remember when you first let us know you were unexpectedly pregnant, right after your WLS; I felt so concerned for you. I am so happy everything has turned out alright and little William is healthy and strong. You have quite a story to tell.
Warmest congratulations on your new little boy! I love his name; very classic. James is my son's middle name as well. Will you call him William or Bill, or Will, or Billy, or ?? I even knew a William who was called Billiam by some of his friends.
I hope all goes well for you; having a newborn in the house is wonderful, but exhausting and very challenging at times. I'll be thinking of you.

Topic: RE: Compare your BMIs
I'm a "lightweight"- I started at 38.9 (227 lbs). This morning I'm at 23.8 (139 lbs). I've been as low as 23.3 (136 lbs), but I just got back from a week at my parent's house with my whole family and gained 3 lbs! Yikes, back to my real life now! My mom is an AWESOME cook, and 99% of what I ate was ok, even though I did have a tiny piece of cherry cheesecake and an ice cream cone... I think the 3 lbs came from laying around all week by the pool! At least I have a tan! hahaha

I saw my surgeon today. Great news. I'm down exactly 140lbs. I almost fainted. That is a whole person. I can't believe I lost that much.
I also saw the nutritionist. She says I have to eat more protein. I told her I can't it's hard to get it all in. She asked me if my hair was falling out. I said yes and she said I had to eat more protein. Any ideas how I can get more in. She emans eating protein from food, not nutritional supplements or bars.
I know I know, I need to take some pics and post them. Another thing to do. Never enough hrs in the day do do what I need to do. I just started doing a bit more exercise besides going to Curves, my primary doctor wants me to do more of an aerobic workout. I started walking 2 miles a day, eventually he wants me to get into jogging. Thinking of joining a gym or health club that has a pool so I can swim. One of my most favorite things to do.
I see my surgeon on 10-19-06, that will be 1yr and 1 day from the day of my surgery, I plan to be at my goal or at least 5 lbs from it. I want to lose another 30 or so.
Thats all for now. Glad to read that everyone is doing great. Keep it up. This was the best decision I ever made, except for marrying my husband 6 yrs ago.
