I had my measurements taken 5 days post-op. I took them again on July 1st. This is the results.... --07/01/06 Weight: 163 Body Fat %: 25.4 (-18.6) Bicep R/L: 11.75/12 (-6.75/6.5) Forearm R/L: 8.75/8.75 (-2.75/3.25) Chest: 38/39.5 (-10/15.5) Waist: 34.5 (-16.5) Hips: 40 (-18) Upper Thigh R/L: 23.5/23 (-6.5/7.5) Lower Thigh R/L: 17.75/18.75 (-4.25/5.25) Calf R/L: 15/15.5 (-4/3.25) BMI: 24.7(-17.7) I HAVE LOST 110 INCHES AND 150 LBS.!!! Ok...I'm 9 months out post RNY (Oct 5th 2005) and have currently lost around 150lbs. My concern is.... I need to loose another 20 pounds.....and I'm definately slowing down. I just came off vacation....and didn't gain weight but I didn't loose. I am feeling really "fat" because I picked alot while on vacaction (eating crap like, popcorn and "sugar free" cookies and didn't drink my water. Now that I'm back to work and back on a consistant schedule hopefully I can get back on track. Yesterday I got up...exercised had 1 protien bar(20 grams of protien) then a few hours later had 3 strips of bacon. Then for lunch I had a half cup of broc. cheese soup and 1oz. of raisons. Then for supper I had 2 taco bell chicken soft tacos (I ate the insides- not the shell) had 1 oz. of soy chips (9 grams of protien) and then a little later another 1 oz. protien bar(20 more prams of protien). I had 2 bottles of water throughout the day and 3 cups of decaff coffee.............Am I over doing it? I really need to get this other 20lbs off....I ready to meet w/ my dietician and get her thoughts...Any thoughts would be appreciated.
