HI Marie, Please don't feel bad about your loss. You have done so good. Everyone loses differently. Take my mom for example. She is 2 years post-op, has lost 210 lbs. She is only 5 foot tall. I am 5'8" lost 152 and I wear the same size pants as her, size 6. I can even wear pants she cant fit into. She started to cry and said she was going to stop eating. I tried to explain to her that she started out at a higher weight than me, and she is 8 inches shorter. I hate to see people come down on themselves for not losing enough or faster than anyone else. I got lucky, but I haven't lost more than 5 lbs in the last 3 months. It's driving me nuts, but there isn't much I can do about it. Let it take it's course and it will all work out. Remember it's only been 9 months, not a year or 2. You still have all that time to get to your goal. If you ever just want to talk, email me, that's what we are here for!! Your Friend, Erin

I am not really in a lot of pain anymore. My back is always sore, it's been that way since I "USED" to have some boobs ( they have seemed to disappeared...lol ). But now , with the skin, I end up hunching over by the end of the day. So they are going to teach me exercises to strengthen those muscles. As for my foot, the only thing that hurts is to touch it. It's black from my ankle to my toes. It feels like it needs to pop real bad, but I won't attempt to do that! I miss you mom, wish you would post more! Erin

Gosh, Erin - that sucks! I'm sorry you're in such pain and then fell down and hurt yourself on top of that. I'm just lurking these days - but I'm still out here. "Mom"

Hi everyone, I have missed all of you very much! I have been with my weight loss for almost 9 months and I see that there are a lot of people that are 9 mos. post op like me and they look so thin! I am getting so because I am still in the 200's and I just feel like because I didn't go down a few dress sizes like most of them did. I am going to talk to my doctor about Lipo and lose some more fat. I will post again when I get a chance! I love you all and for those that lost a lot of weight, I am extremely happy for you!
