I just dispise meats, not just any ALL meats. When I think of them, my stomach churns. I can eat it if it's in something, like chilli, rotel dip, etc., but other than that I think I may become a vegitarian, grrrrrrrrrrrrr Melissa 241.5/151/150

Hey girl, I didn't go down as many sizes as other folks have either!!! I try not to let that get me down - I keep reminding myself that I have a lot more weight to lose than they do, so it will take me longer. I'm also still soliding in the 200's, so I'm right there with you on that. Keep working the rules of the pouch - lots of protein, good fruits and veggies, good carbs in limited amounts and lots of water! With those rules, you'll find success Kellie

Kim, I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers during your surgery and the ensuing recovery period. Although the surgery and recovery may be challenging, keep in mind that it should all be worth it in the long run. Kellie

I too am struggling. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever reach the 200 mark or if I will ever lose 100 pounds total. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and plan on discussing this with them. Just wanted you to know you are not alone in your struggles. Violet 298/222/-80

Hopefully this procedure will make you feel a lot better. I too had back surgery and know what the pain can be like. Wishing you the best and my prayers are with you. Violet

I hope it fixes the problem but the doc says it is prolly going to take 3 surgeries total. keep your fingers crossed that this at least cuts the pain down. I am not looking forward to 4 mos in a brace that goes from hips to boobs and tailbone to shoulderblades.\ Kim
