Mary, I had my gall bladder out in 2000, after weeks of unexplained pain, unintended (but welcome) weight loss, and general malaise. I went to a few different specialists before they figured out the problem; I didn't have gall stones, but rather the gall bladder was having spasms that caused pain. I still have occasional discomfort, but nothing like it was back then. I hope your surgery is as successful as mine was! Best wishes to you. Sheryl

I lost about 5 lbs the month before and nothing this past month (went up and down 3 lbs instead). I'm hoping we're not done, but I'll take what a get! I'm concentrating more on exercise and water now. I've been hitting the nautilus machines hard, so we'll see what happens. Either way, life is good! Hugs, Vi P.S. I just found out this week that I have to have my gall bladder taken out. I have been so sick. I will be very glad when I can have the surgery done. So how is everyone?? Hugs Mary

I'm right in that boat with you! I've gone up and down 2-3 lbs, but I've started to think my loss is over and I'm going to end up right where I am now. I was down another 2lbs yesterday and I got excited thinking I'd start losing again, but I'm up 1lb this morning, so maybe not... I have to say, though, that I'd be perfectly happy if I stayed at this weight, but I really wanted to see a few more pounds off before it's all over! Hang in there! Rebecca
