Hi,
Everyone is doing great! I was told I was a "slow loser". I have lost 120 pounds since the day of surgery. It's not something that you want to hear from your surgeon -sort of makes you feel discouraged, but the scale continues to move. And, since my recent hernia surgery, things are really moving again. My appetite has not been the same and I can't eat as much as I did prior to July 12th. So........we'll see what happens.

October peeps...well the scale finally moved...as of this morning...212.8...and my BMI is 29.6...yes...I was so excited...I woke my dear wife up to see the scale at 6:00 AM in the morning...now my next mini goal is to get under 200..... October Peeps...we can do it...I am starting to watch the food on fitday.com again...keeps in check..., Dennis

How exciting!!! How tall are you? I met my surgeon's goal (140) but I've been stuck at 135 for the past 6 weeks. My own goal is 130, so we'll see... I LOVE wearing 4s, that's the most unreal feeling! I always thought that people that wore a size 4 were about 100 lbs!
