Hiya, Keke and welcome back! I tried to keep the exercise posts going in your absence, but I wasn't getting a lot of responses. Hopefully folks will perk back up now that you're here to crack the proverbial whip I hope you are enjoying your summer. I was loving it until we got torrential rains that caused lots of local flooding, followed promptly by 90+ degrees days with enough humidity to push the heat index over 100. I'm ready for fall now!!!
