I have lost 125 pounds since surgery, 134.5 overall. 330 last July 312.5 at surgery 187.5 today 159 goal (the highest weight in the normal range for me) I have lost 81.32% of my excess body weight at surgery, 78.7% of the excess body weight from the time of my consultation. My surgeon's goal is always 80% of excess body weight, so I am within that range. Of course I would like to continue to lose for the next 8 months. I don't think any of you who have posted are slow losers. I think some of you a super fast losers and the rest of us are average. Good luck all! Julie

That's a good question. I spend a lot of time focusing on what I don't like, so this made me really think. If I had to pick, it would be my shoulder area. Especially when I'm tan. They're pretty.

Keke, you're not the slow loser. I started 297 from the first Dr. visit. I now weigh 216. I haven't really been doing the fluids like I should but I should have lost way more. I wish I had even lost 100 by now. This is really depressing at times but i'm happy for the rest of you.

Topic: 9 month check up!!!

Today I finally got in to see the doctor (was a long time coming because of insurance reasons i missed my 6 month). Bloodwork and everything was really good. And now I am 111 pounds lighter!!!!! I went from a 22/24 to now a 10/12 sometimes even an 8!!!! Feels so good!!!!

Better late than never to reply, huh! My favorite PART is my shoulders. They seem boney to me now. My favorite VIEW is my side view. Before the weight loss, I seemed thicker than I did wide. Now I still see myself as about as wide, but only half as thick! Good poll. Lori 276/174/140

Yes Marcey my head is playing games also................my 11 yr old daughter bought panties for school after she got them home and opened them up they where hipsters which she does not like.........so i said let me try them on and the fit 16 in kids........i am wearing a size 8 also but i no i can wear some 6's.......my head is so playing games right now..........133lbs and it still says im fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol i guess i will have a catch up moment one day....................vickie r.
