I know how you feel and I'm fighting to get back on track. We have to forgive ourselves and move on. We didn't come this far to fail. We have to stay motivated and keep pushing each other. Lord knows I need all the support I can get. Like Dennis always says................we can do this..............we can do this!! Take care!!!

Topic: RE: Hernia Surgery
Peggy - I will keep you in my prayers. My hernia experience was very different. Mine caused signififcnat pain and i ignored it for about 10 hours, finally when I started throwing up my hubby called my surgeon - we went to the emergency room about 2am and I was in surgery by 7:30 am. It was bigger than the CT scan showed. I did well after it though. I was extremely motivated my daughter was graduating from high school that week. My surgery was Wed am and I went home Thursday. I really didn't think that it was so bad. I knew that I had to walk walk walk so I did. It is amazing how much eaiser it was to get up 100+ less pounds. I was back too my desk job the Monday after the surgery 1/2 days. I will keep all of you in my prayers - I think in some ways mine was eaiser - I didn't have much time to think about it.

Topic: HAVING PROBLEMS & SOOO SICK OF IT!
I wish sometimes I had never had this surgery. I am 10 months out and 8 of the 10 have been aweful. I have had severe nausea all of the 8 months, finally went and had a scope June 30th and was told I have mild acid reflux now. MILD my ass, it's more sever than mild I think. I stay so sick all the time, if I'm not nausious, I'm in the bathroom dry heaving. I CAN'T live like this. I go back to the gastrologist Wednesday and HE HAS GOT TO DO SOMETHING else other than the 1 protonix a day, which seems to NOT be helping at all. It has gotten worse the last 5-7 days/nights. I'm usually in the bathroom every night heaving because of this and my stomach is soooooo sore. To top it off, I had an all day nausea/ heaving session Saturday and not even phentagrin (sp) relieved it. I just feel this is never going to end and this is how the rest of my life is going to be and I CAN'T DEAL WITH IT. I know I'm off all meds and am down 96 pounds, but I really wonder if it was/is all worth it now ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/mbgraphics/emoticons/crying.gif)

Topic: stall over
Finally over the weekend I lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!! It has been driving me totally crazy, my stall has been almost 4-5 weeks and I was staring to think I was done. Hopefully I will keep going because I have more I want to lose. I changed my protein drink so maybe that helped. I really do not care what helped I am just glad I am finally moving again.
Take Care,
Misty

This weekend was horriable for all of us. But we can get back on track. So lets follow Vickie N.'s direction and start posting what we are eating everyday this week. Lets give it a one week try. You know you don't want to post anything bad, so maybe you will make a better decision before putting that BAD FOOD in your mouth!
So let's try!
