Hi all......well i am 10 mo out today and i am at 128lbs.........below goal. My doc said maintain so thats what im trying to do.....i find each day gets harder and harder....i am craving sugar alot........i have not been bad yet but i do get the urge.....i do have carbs lol............chips and salsa are my down falls.......i am loving life,livin life with my wonderful hubby........who has gotten a little jealous over the summer months.....i am active some what....i ride bikes and i jog a little but walk mostly....i attend monthly support group meetings that are great.....my mind still has not caught up with my body..........i was at the mall and looked over and there was a skinny women in the window reflection......well it was me lol...........well anyways i hope all is sticken with what they need to do and lets go one day at a time..................vickie r.

I was looking at that today. It's really slow. But you know school starts next week, colleges have already started, everyone is really busy. So maybe that is what's going on! Erin

I was wondering the same thing. It seems that everyone is not reading the board and responding like they use to and I miss their comments. Violet
