Hi Connie, I can certainly understand your feelings. I am 5' 10", started out at 299, down to 277, and like you, I am dealing with excess skin, leftover pouches of fat, and very loose skin tone in certain areas. It has helped me to remember why I did this in the first place; all along my goal has been to reduce health risks, increase my life span and my quality of life. Never has it been about looking good. That being said, now that I am down to a reasonable weight for my height, I can't help but wish that I had a lovely body that matched how good I feel. But I look so good in clothes, compared with before, and my embarrassment in a swim suit has reduced so much, that I can live with it. But Connie, if it is important to you, go ahead ahd look at plastic surgery! I'll tell you, after going bra shopping over the weekend, I am sorely tempted to consider breast surgery to replace some of the lost tissue and shape. Congratulations on your tremendous weight loss! I prefer modest price on-strip, e.g. Bally's, Tropicana, or Excalibur. Good location, easy access to other casinos and activities. I'm thinking a 2 or 3 night stay, overlapping a weekend. Group activities I would enjoy: swimming (if our hotel has a pool), dining (we all eat off the appetizers and salads menu, or everyone shares entrees, right?), maybe a show or a spa outing. Those who enjoy can gamble, imbibe, or visit dams (I've never seen the big draw, but lots of people like to visit the Hoover Dam). Are people thinking of traveling solo or bringing spouse/family? please look off strip. they have some great motels that advertise $30-60 with buss service to the strip. and count me in. If we have to pay $150 anyone interested in sharing a room? Deb
