Are you working out? If you are exercising a lot you might not be eating enough to lose weight. After talking to my nutrionist I actually upped calories and increased the percentage of carbs I was getting. That did the trick to move me out of my stall. If you aren't exercising a lot or at all, maybe you could increase your activity level? That would also help in firming you up - so that if you don't lose weight you'll at least see a difference in your clothes and your fitness level. It has been a LOOOOONG time since I posted. Life is good and I am down 122lbs so I don't sit still very often anymore. Big change from being wheel chair bound just 11 months ago!
