Thanks hon! I'm very happy for many reasons, not the least of which has been this wonderful, "life-breathing" surgery. I also moved out on my own with my boys finally and got away from the ex which has been very liberating! I get to "struggle" on my own as a single Mom now, but I'm so much happier.

Hi yall havent posted or updated in awhile i am gettin to it tho, next month i make 1 yr wow how time has past. but as for stats im 5'11" im now 180 lbs wooohooo, my docs goal is 175, im shootin to be safe 165.

I did it! My dinner wasn't quite as planned; my son didn't eat the two scrambled eggs I made for his dinner, so I had the eggs instead of the tuna salad and drank a glass of milk instead of the yogurt. Finished off the evening with a sliced apple. And guess what? The scale had me down 2 lbs this morning. Of course, it's not all "fat" loss, but I was glad to see the scale head the right direction.

I do fine with my routine until dinner time. I guess since I am home everything is so available. Does anyone else feel they can eaty more at night?

Congrats Erin!!!!! you looked so beautiful on your big day and i must say your hubby is a hunk also..........I loved the pics where he is holding you,that is the best feeling in the world ,to no that you are light enough to pic up and hold...........congrats!!!!!
