Peggy, Get yourself back to the gym NOW. Don't think about it, don't come up with excuses not to go, don't say "I'm too tired," or "I'll go tomorrow." It's too hard to develop a regular exercise habit and way to easy to lose it. So get yourself back on track RIGHT NOW. (And yes, those capital letters are meant to be loud!!!!) Your body will thank you, your weight loss will thank you, and your spirit will thank you. So get moving!!! Kellie Hey, what are you doing still sitting there? I said MOVE!!!!

I have to be a "maybe" for now. I may need to go to Florida over spring break with one of my sisters, who is visually impaired, and my niece. It's not safe for my sister to travel alone, plus she needs someone to drive for her once she gets there. If that happens, I will not have vacation time and money for both trips. I'll know more once she finalizes her plans. If my sister does not need me, I do hope to be able to come to Vegas

Great post LisaMarie! I agree 100%, congrats to us all.

It's been an amazing, insiteful, incredibly life changing year. I can't belive the year has passed so quickly, and in other ways...last year seems to be another lifetime ago. I am truly grateful for this year.

My favorite thing to do is to look at everyone's before and after pictures in our group. What a change a year has made, eh? Today I had another WOW moment. I was in court again with my brother-in-law attempting to get temporary custody of my nephew. (Hearing postponed - again. Sigh! This is getting very old!!!) Anyhow, my sister-in-law looked across the room where I was standing and didn't recognize me at first. She hadn't seen me for over a month. When she did her jaw dropped to the floor and she kept saying over and over again, "look how skinny you are." Just went to my daughter's room and tried on some of her 7 juniors. I could get them on and could have zipped them but didn't want to force the zipper. Told her in a couple more weeks when I start working out and lose the last 12.5 pounds she'd have to lock her clothes up. For now I'll be happy in my women's 8's. Ah, the life of a thin woman!!! At last!!!! Happy dreaming everyone and big round of applause for all of us! Ain't life grand???? Peggy B.

That is awesome! I am so proud of everyone. Y'all keep me motivated to stay motivated. Now will y'all motivate me to get back to the gym now that I have my surgeon's okay? Lordy! It sure is hard to start over again when it's been several weeks of being pretty much a couch potatoe because of my limitations with my alien hernia. It's gone and that's not an excuse anymore! My question is, how do y'all get yourselves motivated again when you've taken time off? Thanks! Peggy B.
