Topic: A Year and A Day

Its hard for me to believer that just one year ago yesterday, 10/0405, I had my surgery. Although the begining wasn't all that great, the results have been absolutely wonderful. As of now I've lost 165 lbs. I am so excited its hard to explain. My sizes have gone down dramatically and although it may not excite some people, I bought a suit at Target. Just to be able to buy clothes off the rack at any store but a big and tall makes me happy. I've still got a few pounds to go to reach goal but I'm more confindent than ever that I'll make it. Through the support of my family and friends, not to mention faith in God I've made it this far and will make it until I reach goal. If anyone has any questions about whether to have the surgery or not, just ask me or anyone else who's had it and made a success of this incredible tool. It is indeed worth it.
