Sorry I havent been on alot. I have been facing some old demons that have crept up on me. Some of you know as a teenager I was anorexic. well now they say I am bulemic with anorexic tendancies so I have been seeing a therapist. Now I am trying to get back to my rules of eating according to the pouch rules. Kim 276/192/111

Kim....Please, Please take care of yourself and get a handle on your old demons...you can do it...I find when I am out with friends...I say only one drink and all of a sudden it ends up being 3 ...you know they did not do brain surgery on our brains ...wish they had...we went out on the week-end and my DW was ready to kill me as I was doing some old habits... oh well next time I will try harder...we are all here for the same reason...bad habits...so today is another day... :

Kim, We're here for you girl! Dennis is right, they didn't do brain surgery. I have found myself slipping into the old "I'll just have one more". Wow, they say peer pressure is hard on teens, it's hard to explain this surgery to otherwise intelligent adults! Tell those demons to go back to hell!! Hugz!!! Gina L

Kim, hang in there. You're fighting a tough battle, and from what I understand, recognizing the problem is a HUGE and important step. Good for you for getting honest with yourself. I'm sure you're in a great program and, if you stick with it, I truly hope you will be successful and manage a healthy body weight and a healthy spirit and mind! I wish you only the best. Sheryl
