I can eat anything, although there are a lot of foods I have not tried. I pretty much stick to the same thing....yogurt, red meat, cheese sticks....jello, f.f. pudding. I am suppose to eat three meals with three snacks throughout the day. I don't always make it. I have never dumped. I usually get sick if I don't chew enough, eat too fast, or take too big of bite. I have 5 more pounds to 100 and am loving every minute of this ride and new life style.
