Thursday Exercise.........
Okay, Ms. Keke! I have to say your e-mail to me was an inspiration. I did it. I went back to the gym and now have a personal trainer to keep me motivated.
Here in the town I live we have a fairly new gym that is free to all residents here. Nice facilities...indoor pool, walking track, basketball court, aerobics, weight room, etc. When I went in on Wednseday I signed up for the free one on one fitness trainer sessions. Scheduled my workouts through the end of next week. Four days a week I'll be walking on the treadmill thirty minutes then doing cardio (either upper or lower body) for thirty more mintues.
Thursday and today were my first two days. Yesterday wasn't so bad but today was brutal (lower body). My trainer laughed and said you think this is bad just wait until we reach stage two! (Two weeks 'til then...Ouch!) All I can say is I better lose the rest of this fat and tone up real good. If not I'm gonna' blame it all on you! (Just kiddin'! Just kiddin! )
