Hey strangers!
It's been about a million years since I've posted anything, but I've been lurking plenty. I just hit a major milestone so I thought it was time to check in. I'm now officially in ONEderland and closing in on the century club. My doc says I'm doing great, my nut says my 1200 calories a day are too many, the PT says that my my 6 month metabolic rate testing was nothing short of amazing. My met-rate improved from low fair to excellent. The nurse told me she thinks that's the best improvement they've ever had (yeah me!!!!).
I go to Curves at least 4/week. I do a minimum of 200 crunches daily. I walk along the river or "ride" my gazelle and other stuff too. I love exercising....who would've thought????
We bought house a few weeks ago. We close on June 1st. I bought new couches for the living room and family room and I've been debating paint colors for a week. It's our first house and I'm thrilled. It's got 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, LR, FR, den, and a partially finished "bonus" room that is going to be a kickin' media room when we can afford to fini**** It's not on the Mississippi River like our rental house, but it's only 4 blks "uphill" and it has a 2 level deck with river views and a hot tub. Plus it has the sweetest kitchen ever. I may even start cooking....my hubby does all the cooking now. One of the bedrooms is going to be a playroom for my son and one is going to be an exercise room for me. Now if I could just afford that Bowflex I've been drooling over. But the house is going to stretch us to our outer limits financially. I even had to agree to give up clothes shopping. Oh the horror.....
I've got clothes to size 14, but if I get smaller than that, I'm just SOL. I honestly don't think I'll get smaller than that without plastics anyway. My tummy hangs so low it's ridiculous, and after 90+ lbs lost, I had to go UP a cup size because these darned boobs won't shrink a bit, but my band size keeps going down. I can't wait until I can chop off both my tummy and my boobs! Okay...I'll shut up now...this is bordering on TMI.
I'm glad everyone seems to be doing well. I'll try to check in more often.
