what's ur daily exercise?
well i walk 6 days a week for an hr a day,then i switch to either,trampoline,stairs,or bike....i also lift weights 3 to 4 days a week.......i have even been running. I hope to be in shape more by june so i can run or walk 5 k......but this time last yr i was couch bound and depressed.....si i am ahead now!!!!!!!!111 Vickie R.
I too use the elliptical but for 30 minutes in the morning 5 days a week. I also lift moderate weights 5 days a week for 30 - 60 minutes. I will focus on a specific group of muscles each day therefore completing the total body once a week. It is important to push yourself on lifting weights - I shoot for 12 - 15 reps with the last 2 reps being very difficult to hold proper form. You won't get bulky but will look more toned.
