I have been asked to write a paper to be put in my DR's newspaper. This will be read mostly by new post-ops and or people thinking about the surgury. It is suposed to be about my experiences and with advice to new folks.Ya'll know how bad I write. Please help me come up with SOMETHING. Right now the only advise I can come up with is Follow the Dr. orders. Take your protien and vitemans drink your water and exercise. PS it is due WEDNESDAY night. Help please, Deb
