minus 100 lbs!!!

Hoooooooo doggie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hit the Century Club!!!! I weighed 289.5 the morning of surgery, on my scale here at home before I left for the hospital. This morning - ta da: 189.5!!!!! WOW This is awesome!!! Thank you all for always being here, thank you God for this tool! It's been a wild ride so far so onward and downward we go!!!! Much love from Miami, Carol
