Need Answer on pain med?

Does anyone know if we can take percogesic/genasec for pain? I had a Migraine from hell yesterday and after taking liquid pain meds that didn't relieve it, I took 2 of these and it finally went away. The active ingredient is (in each tablet) Acetaminophen 325mg Phenyltoloxamine Citrate 30mg (antihistamine) I just don't wanna mess up my new pouch if this is something I'm not suppose to take.
