6 mo appointment

Yahoo! I had my 6 mo checkup today and everything is fine! I am officially down 98 lbs! I cannot believe it! That's ten 10 lbs bags of potatoes! (well, probably 5 potatoes short!! ) I started at 323 and am now 225! I was a size 30/32 in pant and am now wearing a 16! I am simply in awe of this whole experience! I am no longer diabetic. My blood work numbers are good. Need to add a little extra calcium and potassium, but that's ok! I will probably become a speaker for my doctor's office! I am just so happy! Talk to you all soon! Mary
