GOod morning..............It's Tuesday! What are you going to do to move that body today? I'm going to water aerobics this afternoon and to make up for not following through yesterday I'm going to walk on the treadmill and do the bicycle. I may try to lift some weights as well. I go to my surgeon Thursday so I'm trying to sweat some more pounds off! I hope you have a great day and talk to you soon.
