move monday
Good morning, Keke. I didn't move this weekend, other than shopping and doing stuff around the house. Today I'm heading to the gym after work for 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer, lifting weights and stretching. That routine takes me about an hour and a half, but I feel great when I'm done.

BTW ... I JUST FOUND OUT THAT A GOOD ACTIVE SESSION OF S-E-X BURNS ABOUT 200 CALORIES PER 1/2 HOUR PER ONE OF OPRAH'S SHOWS. SO, WE CAN BOFF OUR WAY TO THINNESS ... WHAT A WAY TO INCLUDE OUR SPOUSES IN OUR WEIGHT LOSS ROUTINE!
I CALLED NICKY & TOLD HIM IF HE WANTED ME TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT, THEN HE HAD TO COME HOME FROM WORK EARLY!!!!!!
