I had surgery 10/18/05. Lap RNY. I started at 296, dropped to 214. the last six to eight weeks I am hovering between 212 and 214. Is this an abnormal thing? I am not doing any ritual excesice, but walk a lot and fast at my job. Any opinions?
My dietician told me to bump up my exercise and that would get the weight loss going again.....I need to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day at least 5 times a week....the physical therapist also told me to monitor my heart rate so that it stays in the training zone!

I too would up my excercise. Your body can get used to doing the same physical activity after a while. So if you add in some other type of excercise, you body should respond.
