Tantalizing Thursday
Good morning! I'm going for a walk this morning and then this afternoon I'm going to take a bellydancing class. That should be cool. It will be my first one. Then I may take the Tai Chi class afterward. It all depends on how I feel. What are you doing today? Are you doing something different or sticking with the routine? I wish you luck and keep up the movement!
I tried 2 new exercise shows today, both were way too much dancing for me to follow! I can barely walk, much less make my legs and arms do different things at the same time! I feel good, though, it was fun trying! I'll go back to my "easier" shows tomorrow, the ones that focus on one body group at a time! hahaha
