It's not what I am eating, it is what I am snacking on. Bkfst: 12 oz protein drink (yes I am too lazy to fix breakfast); lunch 2 oz ff deli turkey and 3 lf cheese sticks w/ carrots, supper 2 oz steak w/ 1/2 oz mozz snack 4 oz yogurt and 2oz applesauce. NOW - my husband makes to die for chocolate covered peanut butter eggs and I probably had 1/8 of a cup over the course of the evening. Where is my self control when it comes to those. I have been able to control all the other cravings! sorry for whining. Lost 3 pounds way to keep up a nice even weight loss!!! Ann
