Tuesday Challenge
I challenge you to do one hour of cardio and 20 minutes of light lifting. If you can't do this then I challenge you to do what you can! I know I've been slacking a little so I'm trying to step it up! I encourage each of you to do the same. And as always............post it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great day!!!!!!!

Woo hoo, I did it! My first workout- not quite up to your challenge, but at least I tried something! haha, I'm shocked, I'm NOT one to work out! We have Exercise TV on demand here, so I did a 15 minute pilates abs workout and a 20 minute legs and arms workout. I'm not crazy about pilates so far, it hurt my back to roll around on the floor like that and they drove me nuts telling me to breathe the whole workout- like I'd forget! The arm & leg one was good, though, my legs are burning! I'll try to do at least this every day, I'm sure Kate loves seeing mommy jump around like I was! Maybe we'll try bellydancing one day this week!
