I'm gonna start on the exercise band wagon with you! I've been slacking and need to boost it up! Thank you for the motivation!
I put on my pedometer today and have logged in 3200 steps so far. My goal is to reach the 10,000 mark before bedtime. I'll be on the treadmill tonight.
Here's an idea a friend and I came up with.... We each will be doing the treadmill at night at home. In the morning (we work together) we will log our distance walked. The "loser" (fewest miles) will have to put in $2 into a pot. In about 6 weeks we are both going to Catalina Island and this will be our play money. We are doing this Mon - Fri. Just a little friendly, healthy competition!
