Need to get my butt in gear..
I am nearing 6 months (April 17th) and have went from 256 to 189.. Which is fantastic but I see some of ya'll having lost 80 or more lbs and realize I need to get my butt into gear.. I've become complacent I think..I have candy on very very rare occasions and just a small bite but I do have generally 1 8 oz coke a day.. =( My downfall! I need to get more exercise in.. I work 6pm-3am and tend to not get much while I am at home!
Crystal it sounds like you are doing great. You know what is right and what is wrong. I have lost 97lbs but I started at 296. I think , just my own thoughts, that the ones of us who have lost a little more is just because we started heavier. Now that I am under 210 the pounds are so slow comming off. Not anything like the start. I lost 50lbs the first 2 months. Like I said this is just my opinion, But isn't life grand.

It sounds like you're doing great. I've lost 85 lbs. but I started out at 303. I was heavier so that's why I've probably lost more than you. Thankfully, I've lost continuously and have not experienced a stall yet. Sometimes it is real slow but I'll take every single itty bitty pound, ounce, etc. We will all make it to goal as long as we stick to the plan. It's great and I've never been happier.
