It will be 6 months for me on the 24th. I have lost 58 of the 105 I want to lose. Thats 55%. I've gone from a tight 2x to a size 16/18 (depends) I feel great, lots more energy. I no longer use the c-pap. I'm just on synthroid and my supplements. No regrets about the surgery at all!

Hi Everyone, Thanks for doing this Deb! I will be six months out on 4/25. I feel great!! I'm down 90 pounds. I would like to lose 209 pounds which means I've lost 43% thus far. I am off all medicines for blood pressure and diabetes! I only take the Ursodol for prevention of gallstones right now. I think I get to stop taking that soon too! I also no longer have to use a C-Pap! Yea!! I do cardio 3 days/week for 30 minutes (usually the elliptical). And I lift weights (alternating upper/lower body). Plus I have a 21 month old who keeps me out of breath constantly. I started off at a size 32 pants and size 30 shirt. I can wear some size 24 pants and I wear a 26 shirt. I was wearing a 54B bra and now I wear a 46B. I feel awesome and life is great! Only I just found out I have a ventral hernia from my c-section. After losing 90 pounds, it's pretty noticeable now. Oh well! Megen 389/299/180?

Divide how much you have lost by how much you want to lose. If you have lost 60lb and want to lose 100 (60/100=60%) I have lost 90 pounds and want to lose 100 (90/100=90%) WOW!!!! Compare before and after in the following categories and add new categories if you think of some. Medicines? No BP meds. No diuretics. I still take my Cymbalta for fibromyalgia and I still take a sleeping pill. I no longer need to use my CPAP machine, though and I don't snore! Exercise? 5 days a week at the Wellness Class at the Marine Base Gym. They've got me doing all kinds of stuff I never thought I'd do. I Walk Away The Pounds on tape on the weekends. I'm an exercisin' machine!!! This is the woman who never exercised since they stopped making me in high school. Size? I went from a size 20 - 2X. I am now very comfortably wearing size 10 slacks and medium tops. Life in general? Where do I begin? Life is amazing? It passed me by for so long. I was very tired of being a spectator and have begun to be a participant. Yes, life is very VERY good. Cheryl

I'm at 71%. No meds before, vitamins now. I wore a 22 jeans before, bought 14s today. But, some 12s fit. As far as life goes, I feel like I spent my 20s in a fat lazy sleepy fog. I am looking foward to turning 30 in a few months and feel like life is just getting started. Marcia

I forgot to add exercise. Before, I tried not to do too much . Now I try to get exercise every day. I'm at the gym most days. Training for a 5K right now. On Sun, Mon, Wed, and Friday I run 2-5 miles. The other days, I do weights and 30 min on elliptical. Marcia

I've lost 57% My doctor wants to do one more round of labs and then I will be off my HP pressure and cholesterol meds. I exercise 2 or 3 times per week. Will be getting in more as I begin to work outside on my landscaping. I'm into 1x although it varies with the (sometimes smaller, sometimes larger) clothes. Life could not be better. Everyone is noticing and commenting on my weight loss and I think I'm getting more attention. It's great and I feel so good. Fran 303/218/150
