6 Mo. Anniv. Today and UNDER 200lbs.!!!

Hey Guys! Well, today is my 6 month anniversary and I got on the scale today and it read 199!! I am sooo excited! I only lost 3 lbs last month and was getting discouraged. I started the plateau buster on Monday and have lost 4 lbs this week already. I'm telling you, that buster plan really works! Lori 276/199/140

I agree with you Kim. I did South Beach before surgery to help me lose 15 lbs. I really like the South Beach plan. Stick to the buster. It'll be worth it! Lori

Lady D, I know what you mean. I'm 17lbs. away from 100 and it's a struggle. I'm at my 6th month on the 20th and I don't think I'll make it, but, we shall presevere and get there! I promise. Good luck. Hang in there and just keep following the plan. Fran
