Hey, Keke! Today I'm taking it easy - will do 45-60 minutes on my recumbent bike at home. That's a much easier workout that my usual 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer, but still moving nonetheless.
By the way, I enjoy your daily "let's get moving" posts. Although I'm pretty good about working out, I find myself wanting to "report in" and be held accountable for my actions. Anyway, just wanted you to know I appreciate it!
