Good morning, Keke. Yesterday: 40 minutes on elliptical trainer (did an interval program which kicked my butt!). Today: either 40 minutes on elliptical or 35 minutes on elliptical plus lifting weights (which I do will depend on how much time I have at the gym). Good luck to everyone today on getting moving!!! AM Arm and back machines 10 min eliptical. .5 mile tredmill then 1 mile outside. After work 4 miles, 2miles 10 min break then another 2 miles. Deb 392/277/225?180

I just started at a gym yesterday. I'm doing 10 min eliptical and 10 min treadmill. Trainer says 2 weeks every day of this and then he'll add strength training.
