Tuesday Challenge
Good morning, Keke. I did my 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer, lifted weights and stretched yesterday after work. Today I'm planning to do 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer doing an interval workout, which kicks my butt, but feels great when I'm done.
Enjoy your water aerobics class! I'm going to sign up for one in my community this summer (they only have outdoor pools, so need warmer weather before classes can start).
