Moving Monday!!!
Good morning my dear friends in weight loss! It's the beginning of a week so that means we need to get moving! I actually began my week yesterday by cleaning the garage so at least I've started. I'm going to the gym after work. I'm going to water aerobics or I'm going to do the treadmill and lift. Please join me. It gets lonely sometime (as some of you know)! Have a great week!

I'm with you, Keke! This weekend was lots of work around the house (including lots of up and down the stairs with laundry, boxes of stuff to be donated, etc.) Today's workout will be 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer, plus lifting weights (on Nautilus-type equipment) and a nice 10-minute stretching session to wrap things up.
I'm lucky that I have a workout buddy. We help keep each other motivated, plus it's harder to decide not to go when someone else is counting on you. I do still go when she's not available, or vice versa, but we still check in with other to make sure we're both exercising.
