Finally Friday Exercise
Let's tell what we did this week in exercise land!!!!!!!!!
Monday: Nothing
Tuesday: Walked 30 minutes & hour and a half water aerobics
Wednesday: Walked 40 minutes
Thursday: Nothing - went to the surgeon & I'm down 9 lbs
Friday: Walked 20 minutes
Saturday: We shall see........................

Monday: 40 minutes on elliptical trainer
Tuesday: 40 minutes on elliptical trainer
Wednesday: 30 minute walk outside in the beautiful weather!
Thursday: 40 minutes on elliptical trainer
Friday: planning another 40 minutes on elliptical trainer
Saturday: planning to clean my bedroom top to bottom, including cleaning out old clothes that are now too big
Sunday: if the nice weather holds, planning to take a bike ride

WALK WALK WALK and you guessed it more WALK.
That is all I have done this week. Some days short walks (30-40 min) and a couple of days long walks (2.5-3 miles). I did take Thursday off.
Saturday morning be sure and think of me, I am doing a 5k (3.1 miles). Cheer me on from afar.
Sunday A friend and I are going to see if I can still ride a bike. I hope it does not kill me.

I am an exercise freak now:
Monday: treadmill 35 minutes (inclinment 6.0) speed 3.4
Tuesday: treadmill 37 minutes
Wednesday: treadmill and lifting weight 1 hour
Thursday: treadmill 42 minutes
Friday: treadmill 45 minutes
I plan on going to the gym this whole weekend and lifting and walking on the treadmill again...
